Courses In Life Guard:

1. Life Guard Course:

Swimming Pool:

Course Fee: Rs. 12500/-* (outside Delhi Rs. 13500/-*, Online course through webinar Rs. 11500/-* (for this kindly subscribe IPLG channel)

Duration of the course is 15 days, The qualification criteria is, the person must have advance swimming strokes in Free Style, Back Stroke and Breast Stroke and at least 10th pass. Examination scheme will be viva and practical. This course will enable the learner to work as a Life Guard on the swimming pools. This course not only aims at imbibing the required knowledge and skills of life guard but also creating an asset for the country and man kind in the form of life guard who will be able to save drowning people and can give basic first aid! First Aid certification is included in this course.

Water Park:

Course Fee: Rs. 10000/-* (outside Delhi Rs. 12500/-*, Online course through webinar Rs. 17500/-* (for this kindly subscribe IPLG channel))

Duration of the course is 7 days, The qualification criteria is, the person must have advance swimming strokes in Free Style, Back Stroke and Breast Stroke and at least 10th pass. Examination scheme will be viva and practical. This course will enable the learner to work as a Life Guard on the water parks. This course not only aims at imbibing the required knowledge and skills of dry rescue being able to save drowning people and can give basic first aid! First Aid certification is included in this course.

2. Diploma in Life Guard Management:

Course Fee: Rs.89500/- * (outside Delhi Rs 99500/-*, Online course through webinar Rs. 99500/-* (for this kindly subscribe IPLG channel)

Duration of the course is 6 months, the qualification criteria is, the person must be a qualified life guard, student must be Graduate. Examination scheme will be practical, viva and project. This course will enable the learner to work as a Manager Facility on the swimming pools. The course will enable the person to manage the entire swimming pool premises like, filteration plant operations, check water quality, maintain hygine and cleansiness of the pool side area, organise various classes, keep facility peaceful and in harmony, solve life guards grievances, liason with the higher management, identify various needs of swimming pool and communicate it to the higher authorities, assign duties of the life guards, responsible for required paper work for running of a swimming pool. Like, in Delhi it is mendatory to obtain Municipal Corporations trade certificate and health certificate, water testing reports, Delhi Police certificate to run swimming pool etc.

3. Life Saver: Course Fee: Rs. 6500/-* (outside Delhi Rs 8500/-*, Online course through webinar Rs. 8500/-* (for this kindly subscribe IPLG channel)

Duration of the course is 7 days, the qualification criteria is, the person must be able to swim 100 meters free style comfortably. The learner will learn during the course how to rescue a drowning person through non - contact techniques. The course is specially designed to make a normal swimmer a life saver so that one can save life even if one is not a good swimmer. It is very important for students of school / college / university and others too! The learner will learn in this course even how to wade a stick / bamboo, how to through a rope to a drownig person etc. First Aid certification is included in this course.

The Introduction

The Institute of Professional Life Guards is one of its kind in the country. It is the first private institution in the country that offers swimming coaching certification, till date it is only Netaji Subhash National Institute of Sports run by the Government of India that certifies the swimming coaches. Moreover, today at many places unfortunately the correct skill of basic swimming is also not being imparted in the learners due many reasons.
